Omega Internegoce LLC is an independent commodities trading firm based in Brooklyn, New York. We support physical petroleum transactions by facilitating introductions and structured deal execution between end buyers, trading desks, and terminal-supported supply channels.
Our role is to ensure that transactions are aligned with standard industry practices, including independent inspection, clear documentation, and professional due diligence.

EN590 (10ppm Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel)
Automotive diesel fuel meeting EN590 specifications. Transactions are structured under FOB terms via recognized terminals, subject to buyer-appointed SGS or equivalent independent Quantity & Quality inspection.

Jet A1 Aviation Fuel
Aviation turbine fuel conforming to international Jet A1 standards. Available for FOB supply under standard contractual frameworks with independent inspection prior to settlement.

D6 Virgin Fuel Oil
Heavy distillate fuel oil suitable for industrial and power generation use. Offered under FOB delivery structures with SGS/Intertek verification as agreed between counterparties.
Omega Internegoce LLC does not engage in speculative trading or unverified transactions.
Transaction Structures
Omega Internegoce LLC supports transactions structured under internationally recognized commercial terms, including:
• FOB (Tank-to-Tank / Tank-to-Vessel)
• Trial shipments with rollovers and extensions
• Spot and term supply discussions
All transactions are subject to mutual agreement, operational feasibility, and signed contractual documentation (SPA / CI).
Inspection & Verification
All transactions supported by Omega Internegoce LLC are conducted with independent Quantity & Quality inspection by internationally recognized inspection companies, including:
• SGS
• Intertek
• Equivalent inspectors as mutually agreed
Inspection is coordinated directly between the appointed inspector and the terminal or loading facility in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Compliance & Due Diligence
Omega Internegoce LLC maintains a compliance-focused approach to physical commodities trading.
• All counterparties are subject to KYC and due diligence review
• Transactions are screened for sanctions and AML compliance
• No advance fees, deposits, or access payments are requested or accepted outside standard contractual settlement terms
